Based in Missoula, Montana, the sole shareholder, Will Ballew, has over thirty four years of trying lawsuits to juries in a diverse group of practice areas, from railroad litigation, medical malpractice, and insurance law. Before starting his own practice, Will was a senior shareholder in a mid-sized Texas firm where his practice focused on railroad litigation (Federal Employers Liability Act and railroad grade crossing cases), and medical malpractice cases. He came to Montana in 2004 to practice law, and in 2019 started his own firm.

Since practicing in Montana, Will has handled medical negligence claims, construction defect litigation, insurance litigation, injury law, consumer protection cases, employment law matters and much more. Will’s goal is to represent clients with a wide variety of legal needs, and to have the time to devote careful attention to each client. The goal is not about the number of clients, but serving each one with the time and respect each one deserves, no matter the size of the case, big or small.
